[f-nsp] sudden high RTT towards XMR routers

Hi,

This week we have seen two cases of high RTT to our XMR's for a couple of
minutes.

Traffic routed over the XMR's aren't effected with higher RTT but do show a
small amount of packetloss at the same time.

The cpu on the XMR is 99% idle and the cam-partitioning table isn't full.

Where can I look further for any possible failures causing the higher RTT
from the XMR's (and maybe causing the small amount of loss)?
