[f-nsp] IPv6 on BigIron?

Hi Chuck,

The J-BxGMR4 is able to run IPv6, it is all in software though.
RIPng, OSPFv3, IPv6 IS-IS and BGP4+. The only thing that is missing is  
VRRP v6.
