[f-nsp] IPv6 on MLX

Hmm, ok, so I was given the following block from ARIN:

2620:0000:5100::/44 which should give me 2620:0:5100:: through 2620:0:510f::
by my thinking.  So I want to use the first /64 which is 2620:0:5100:0000
