[f-nsp] foundry-nsp Digest, Vol 91, Issue 13

I encountered this problem too.

I did the following:
1. Re-insert the said module. Then show module, show chassis, show log.
2. Insert into a different module. Then do the same as above.
3. Still the module can't be detected? I inserted the module to a different
chassis that supports the module.
    The module went up.

I ended up re-installing the software to resolve the issue.
