If your linecard is in slot 1, you can do "rconsole 1". Overthere you do :

LP-1>show cpu-utilization

... Usage average in the last 1 second  - 2 ...
last 1 second  utilization = 2
last 5 seconds utilization = 2
last 1 minute  utilization = 2
last 5 minutes utilization = 2
