[f-nsp] SI-350 vs SI-4G-SSL

I can't find a single vendor who has two SI-4G-SSL in stock and their
recommendation would be to get an SI-350 with a SSL management card.
Apparently they can get the price lower than the SI-4G-SSL which makes me
think the SI-4G-SSL is a better unit; we all know higher the price better
the unit right?

 

Would it be best to hold out for the SI-4G-SSL or does the SI-350 perform
equally? Is there a downside with going SI-350 besides increased U size?
