I believe X-Forwarded-For is standard for most load balancers.

Subject: [f-nsp] Client IP Address on Source NAT for HTTP

Hi,

I'm using ServerIron with Source NAT for HTTP traffic. What is the
best and most efficient way to pass client IP address information to
the real server ? I have read about header manipulation, but I'm not
sure if it is the best and most efficient way for doing that.

Best regards,
