[f-nsp] is anyone using the Foundry BigIron RX-BI-16XG? is this thing really 4:1 oversubscribed?

I am interested if anyone has an opinion of this card that is 16 x SFP+
10GbE (RX-BI-16XG).

I was under the impression that 40Gb is the limit on one slot in the current
RX.

Also, I wonder if it supports SFP as well as SFP+, maybe that would be
useful?

Anyone?
