[f-nsp] FES4802-PoE AC and DC Power Disconnect?

Hi all--

I've got someone talking to me about setting up AC power disconnect and DC
power disconnect on a FES4802-PoE device.  I'm completely unfamiliar with
this terminology--I've only set up PoE by the standard power consumption and
class standards.  Does anyone know if Foundry supports AC/DC power
disconnect commands?  And can you point me toward the CLI commands that
accomplish this?
