Fredy,

THat may be the case and I will defiinitely start using the CYMRU
service.  Besides that, I have added filters to all BGP sessions to
drop anything less than a /24 already and it had a negligible effect.

Some networks tend to leak their iBGP more-specifics towards their transits which don't filter properly either. You don't want to see that rubbish, I assume.
