It's not just you. The best (read: worst) part is where most of the links
which point you to the "Legacy Foundry site" actually redirect back to a
generic Brocade support page. I've gone around in circles again and again.
The site that works (for me at least) is here:
https://kp.foundrynet.com/
I was able to instantly find 5.1 and the related documentation.
