[f-nsp] Best practise for dual-stack IPv6 on Jetcore-based devices

in global config level do a:
ipv6 unicast-routing

That should enable IPv6 commands and let you do dual-stack ipv4/ipv6 on 
the Jetcore based hardware.

Note though that it's all software based IPv6 routing and not entirely 
bug-free
