[f-nsp] Monitoring CFM/OAM status changes

Wondering if anyone on the list has experience with CFM/OAM on the MLX and
XMR platform.  Working on implementing it in few small vpls environments.  I
think I have the configuration sorted out, I had some questions about
monitoring though.

It doesn't seem to trap when remote peers go unreachable.  If there are
others using this protocol how do you monitor and react to events?
