[f-nsp] Show current broadcast rate (MLX-16)

Hello,

 There is a configuration parameter that let specify the broadcast
rate : broadcast limit XXX (where XXX is in packets per second)
 I want to know, if it's possible to show the current broadcast rate
(and graph it for some time) in order to choose a limit that is not
too low and not too high for my network.

 Is anyone aware how to do this ?

 I can graph broadcast packets per interface but as this limit is
"global", I want to see the value at the global level.
