Brocade has changed some of the old Foundry policies for the better.  Many
products come with lifetime warranties that include bug fix firmware
upgrades.  And they recently added documentation to the "free download" list
as well.  

Doesn't help with an older box like a FES, but it is a step in the right
direction.

How about having to pay to have access to the manuals
for the products you've already purchased?
