[f-nsp] NAGIOS plugin for Brocade MLXe

Hi Frank,

My XMR's are running 5.1.0bT163 and my CES's are running 5.0.0T183

Unfortunately I can't provide access to the FCX's but I may try have a look in this further sometime and see what I can get from them in turns of environment monitoring.
