[f-nsp] Copying software to secondary flash deletes primary flash's content?

Hello,
I read this, but both images fit onto the management module.
However, I removed the secondary LP image since I thought it is more
valuable to have a secondary management ironware to boot from in
emergency cases than a secondary lp image (which could be downloaded
from tftp anyway, as long as there is still a working ip connectivity).
But now I see that sync-standby seems to switch round-robin-style
between primary and secondary flash, too:
#sync
Copy CODE FLASH to standby MP, please wait.
Start code flash synchronization to standby MP.
Code flash synchronization to standby MP is done.
# show flash

Finally, I wonder why one line card has pri & sec flash populated, while
I cannot populate both flash on card#5?
I think line card#6 has automatically downloaded the software from the
management module while I flashed manually card#5.
