[f-nsp] Preserving double-tagged traffic on ICX6100

I'm running 7.4 on the ICX:

 

UNIT 1: compiled on Mar 02 2012 at 11:41:58 labeled as FCXS07400

                (5691971 bytes) from Primary FCXS07400.bin

        SW: Version 07.4.00T7f1

 

As someone else stated, it was fixed in one code line but not the ICX.

Just checked the release notes for 7.4. This reports that is is fixed in
this release. It was introduced in 7.3. Could you try and upgrade?
