We use the same Smartoptics SFP+ DWDM 80KM ZR modules in Turboirons, MLX(e) and XMR without any problems :-)
Which actually cheat a bit and report back to the chassis as an ER module, since apparently there's no SFP+ ZR standard yet.

Great, and thank others for their feedback. You mention above the MLX series, do you have firsthand experience with those modules in the TurboIron 24X?
