[f-nsp] FESX -PREM firmware upgrade issue.

I have two -PREM FESX424s that we picked up used. If I try to load an L3
image from another -PREM FESX424 we have, but I get an error that it is
incompatible. It seems there is a an optional ASIC required that does
appear to be physically installed on both newer switches.

One thing I noticed is that on the existing FESX I am copying the image
from, show ver includes output:

 P-ASIC  0: type 00D1, rev D2  subrev 00
 P-ASIC  1: type 00D1, rev D2  subrev 00

However on the newer switches, those lines do not appear.

Any thoughts? I don't consider myself a Foundry/Brocade "expert".
