[f-nsp] BR-MLX-1GFx24-X configured as invalid module

Could be backwards compatible though, but to get your fabrics out of 
turbo mode, you need to reload the chassis. If it detects an 'old' type 
card it'll automatically fall back to normal mode upon booting.

Shouldn't notice major impact unless you're utilizing a full chassis 
with the 8x10 and 100G ports. 100G also just works fine when running in 
normal mode.
