[f-nsp] QoS configuration at egress interface

I have a requirement to provide QoS for an outbound interface.  Is it as simple 
as just "prioritize 7" on the said interface?

Bandwidth scheduling mechanism: weighted priority
Profile qosp3     : PREMIUM     bandwidth requested  75% calculated  75%
Profile qosp2     : HIGH        bandwidth requested  15% calculated  15%
Profile qosp1     : NORMAL      bandwidth requested   5% calculated   5%
Profile qosp0     : BEST-EFFORT bandwidth requested   5% calculated   5%
