[f-nsp] Connectivity issues to brocade.com?

They do seem to be having some issues but it's showing on the v4
and v6 sides. I tried both and it took more than a minute for
the home page to come up. Firebug shows even simple content
taking 12 to 30 seconds to serve, whether v4 or v6. Probably
something going on with the web server serving the site.
