The TI-24X doesn't do ipv6 and never will. I believe the ICX6650 does,
although I haven't poked around with them.

30,000 addresses may mean 30,000 mac addresses.  That's beginning to get
scarily close to the limit of 32k on the 24X.  I'd be quite careful to lab
this up before deployment.
