[f-nsp] VDX upgrade

Hi all--

Having a little trouble upgrading a VDX 6720. I'm following the directions, upzipping everything, putting it on the ftp server, but I keep getting the following error:
 "The server is inaccessible or firmware path is invalid. Please make sure the server name or IP address, the user/password and the firmware path are valid."

My connection to the ftp site is solid. User/pass is fine. Obviously the path is the wrong thing, but I'm directing the firmware download to the correct directory (in this case, nos3.0.1a). 

Has anyone run into this problem? I'm a little new to the VDX platform, and it certainly doesn't have training wheels. Any help would be appreciated.
