[f-nsp] IronWare version on XMR-4000

You don't need to be on the latest two versions. They are still releasing updated versions of 5.2 and so on.

We are running 5.4E on our XMRs and 5.6B on the couple of CERs we have simply because of BFD hardware for CER in that code version
