[f-nsp] NetIron 5.8f feedbacks

On a side note, I find the process of upgrading an MLX to be tedious, slow
and error-prone even with the manifest file.  Certainly, much smarter
people than me are here - has anybody written a multi-threaded SCP way of
upgrading several MLX?  I started on something but, really, I can't
multi-thread none too guud.
