[f-nsp] Root Shell on FastIron

Some more tricks. These are done from the boot loader ('b' on boot):
 - 'setenv debug noautostart' - The box will not start FastIron OS and
will pause at a linux shell
 - 'setenv quiet' - This nulls-out the quiet setting so you see Linux
boot messages
