How many MAC addresses on that card?

I haven't seen that one before, but I suspect it means the device was
seeing new MAC addresses faster than it could program them in CAM.

If you don't expect a lot of L2 learning on that card, it could be a device
jabbering and sending random source MAC addresses.

IIRC, the default limit is 16k MAC addresses or something like that. Look
at show mac (I think it has totals at the end?), show default-values, and
maybe check cam partitioning settings/utilization to be sure you don't have
any issues there.
