It looks like you are doing an upgrade from a very old code. You do need
to boot the BP in interactive mode initially to get the runtime image to
the BP. The upgrade process would look like:<br><br>

Ensure you do have console access for all that. Some new images are not
pushable to the BP due to newer compression algorithms.<br><br>
You need to get rid of the "wsm boot int" after having done the
upgrade. The output of "show flash" would look like your one in
case you have missed this.<br><br>
