I say near loss because it appears at first to be 100% packet loss, but if you try for like 5 minutes, eventually some packets get through. BGP neighbors would establish, but then quickly fail.</div><div><br></div><div>Defect observed on two chassis. BTAC's recommendation is to reload one particular slot, but I haven't tried that to determine if it helps. Problem happens apparently 100% of the time upon first bootup.
