Do be careful with what's crossed to NTE devices! I was looking for a 2SC2221 (PA xstr for a 2m HT) - it was crossed to an NTE-322; but the '322 has an Ft of only 100 Mc - useless for 2m. 73, Jeff KH2PZ / KH6
