FS: Heath Deluxe Transistor Tester

I have the Heath Deluxe Transistor Tester:

 IMW-30 with meter, dial, knobs, lots of
 connection posts etc. Excellent condition.
 No manual.

It has a little weight to it, so there is
about $5-10 shipping to start.

I hope asking $20 plus the above shipping is
not too much to ask?
