HW-9 Parts Info

A hearty collective "Thank You" to the over 2 dozen folks who responded to
my call for help.  Too many to respond to individually.  Yes, I did have a
typo in my P/N - the transistor is a MPSA20, not a MPAS.  I will get those
parts and make some time to troubleshoot.  Your response have given me
confidence that other problems will be similarly answered.
