Mic Stand / Vox Problem

Greetings,
  1) Does anybody have an extra mic stand (HPD-21?) hanging around?
That's the one that goes with the "stock" mic for a SB-102 (and probably
the 100 and 101 as well).  I don't care about the element; I just want
the stand.

  2) Last night when I tried to adjust my VOX controls (on my SB-102), I
discovered that I couldn't get the relay to open up after I was done
talking.  As I played with the adjustments, all I could hear was a
chattering in the relays that would vary depending on how I would set the
ANTI-TRIP and DELAY settings.   Any ideas or knowledge on what components
start to deteriorate in that circuit? (or is this a common problem)?
