Plastic Problem's
You can "polish out" or remove small scratches in clear or even
colored plastic.
With "Auto or Airplane Plastic Polish and cleaner"
This is for plastic windshields on cars like Vets and windscreens on
air planes.
You can buy it at Auto Supply and some Discount stores in the auto
dept.
#1 They make a Plastic Cleaner.
 That is Great for removing the scup look that plastic gets with age.
It removes the dirt and grime that cleaners just do not clean and will
not distroy the plastic.
#2 They make a plastic polish
That will remove small scratches, as for large scuff they will not
look as bad.
The cleaner and polish may not remove the scratch or scuff
But looks good to the eye.
