HO-10 Problems...

Hi, Fellas,

Working on rebuilding my HO-10. Have the HV and a bunch of other bad
components replaced, but I still have no vertical position on the trace.
Horizontal positioning works FB. The vertical position pot is good. Now,
there are two of those suspect "black beauty" caps (.22 at 400V) in that
portion of the circuit. If these are leaky, could they be loading things
down to where no effective vertical positioning is possible???

Any other guesses??
