HW-101 Alignment (news)

To everyone who e-mailed me with advice on subject, the latest situation is
that I have found several burnt resistors in the radio and am replacing
those.  While in there I am doing the Heath-recommended updates.  When done
with that I plan to fire her up and do the alignment procedure from the
beginning.
