Help finding an old issue of QST

Greetings,

Can someone help me track down an article from an old issue of QST?

In the March issue of QST 1979, there's an article called '3 element cheapie' which
deals with cutting down a 3 element CB beam for use on 10 meters.  I've got 3 of
these old antennas in my basement and would like to use one on 10 meters.  Be happy
to pay any reproduction/postage costs.
