HRA 10-1 Crystal Calibrator

I recently picked up a HRA 10-1 Crystal Calibrator on a junk table for 50
cents.  The price was right, however it did not have the 100 KHZ crystal,
manual or tube.  Well the schematic was easy to draw from the circuit, the
crystal I had and looking at the schematic I worked up, I figured a 6AU6
would work.  The 6AU6 works fine in the calibrator circuit and it enhances
my HR-10 receiver,  however I would like to get a copy of the manual or at
least find out what the tube should be.

If anyone has a copy of the manual for the Crystal Calibrator I will happly
pay copying and postage.
I believe this calibrator was also used in the Heath Single Bander rigs.
