Tandy Tubes

I talked to a lady at Antique Electronic Supply about a month ago when I
ordered some blank tube boxes and some dial cord, I had gotten the
buyer, and she was telling me that she was having a hard time finding it
and as a result was out of it. I had told her that the last time I was in
Radio Shack, that I had seen some there, and that she might be able to call
and find out who their supplier is. She had told me that they had a real
good working relation ship with Tandy, as they where Tandy's Tube supplier.
So I guess that your tube might have come from AES.

We had also talked about where they where getting their new tubes from,
and she told me that most came from Russia, and China. She had also told
me that the tubes coming out of China where not very good, but the tubes
coming out ut Russia where top notch.

Just thought some of you might be interested in this information.

I have ordered a few things in the last few months from Antique Electronic
