OLD TRANSISTORS, HEATH AND OTHERWISE

Hi,
I collect old transistor components, those from the early to mid 1950's - this
is a hobby of mine, just like many others collect tubes. For example, HEATH
brought out a big, ugly, indestructable 6 transistor radio (called the X1, I
believe) in the mid 50's. This unit used the following types of transistors,
all made by TI: 2N252, 2N253, 2N254, 2N238, and 2N185. These are the kinds of
components I collect, and would be interested in acquiring.
Also, other companies like Raytheon (CK722 series), Sylvania (2NXX), Western
Electric (2Nxx, A-xxxx, M-xxxx), National Union, CBS Hytron, etc. were
involved in the early manufacture of transistor components. I especially am
interested in point contact or experimental types.
Does anyone out these have any of these early transistor components for trade
or sale? (Also looking for Tunnel Diodes, Shockley diodes, and other weird
early semiconductor stuff).
Thanks very much for your help.
