HG-10 Octal plug wiring:

Pin 1 = Ground
Pin 2 = 6.3VAC filament
Pin 4 = B+  250VDC
Pin 8 = Key line

For DX-60 TX,  the key line should be connected to one end of a neon bulb
on the terminal strip (lug 2; lug 1 is the other neon lead).
