SB102 Manual

Hey Y'all:
        A friend and I are elmering a novice to get his station going.
 We have a copy of the SB102 manual on the way thanks to a good friend
from the BA List, but eventually we want to get a *real* SB102 manual
for him.  Does anyone have a spare one?

        I am also buying his non-functional HW-101.  Any help on what
would be a fair price for an HW 101 in various states of repair?  I
want to give him a fair price, but I don't want to over pay by too
much.
