Wanted: A Couple of Things

Good evening fellow collectors of the green......

Looking for the following:

1.  HP-14 DC power supply for the HA-14 KW linear
2.  Small silver calibrator knob/shaft/wheel assembly like used on the SB line
3.  Ten meter Lunchbox
4.  Meter for a QF-1
5.  30.195 MHz crystal for SB-313
6.  1 MHz crystal for SB-500
7.  .15 mfd @ 1600v capacitor for SB-610
8.  Catalogues from 53/55/57/60/61/63/67/75/85/>91

Does anyone know for sure when the catalogues started?  I have flyers thru
51, a Specifications and Schematics set from 52, a Technical Lab pamphlet
from 53, and a real catalogue from 1954.  Sure is confusing.
