IP-22 Isolation Transformer

I am looking for a manual / copy for the IP-22 "Isolation Transformer."

I can't even find anyone who has ever heard of or seen one, much
less has a manual.

It is a very nice isolation transformer with tap switches for coarse
and fine voltage adjust and an expanded scale voltmeter.

Happy to reimburse or swap manual copies if I have something you
need.
