Need Noise Blanker for SB-104

Just shipped a SB-104 to Canada that was supposed to have the SBA-104-1
noise blanker.  I know this is a long shot but does anyone have one to sell
or trade?  I had the manual and assumed (yep, I know what it means) it was
installed.
