FS: Heath SB-644A Remove VFO

Hi all -


I have a MINT-appearance SB-644A Heathkit Remote VFO for sale.

It has been in storage since 1978.  It is as close to brand-new as you are
ever likely to find.

I've turned it on and checked it out.  According to my Heathkit Guru
friend, it is displaying symptons of low VFO output  - the SB-104A it is
currently attached to reads, for instance "6.103.2" when is should read
"7.xxx.x" in the 40 meter band.  He feels that it just needs a bit of
tweaking to get its output a bit higher; I have not had a chance to play
with it to find out.

The Assembly Manual is in practically new shape.
