Need SB-630 Parts

I have 2 SB-630 Station Consoles needing parts.  Need 2 each of the following:

1.  Electric clock motor

2.  Small knob that turns the timer off and on.

3.  Glass or plastic insert that goes in front of the clock display.

Would consider junker units as well.  Thanks in advance.
