Two'er

Heath List members:

This comes as an apology..and a re-listing.

In September I listed a Two'er, and several of you responded with
offers. I opened a file for them, and somehow it was misplaced..and I
forgot about the responses. I do apologize for this, and for not closing
with all who made an offer.

I was purging mail folders yesterday, and I found one offer that I had
mis-filed, and, bingo, light bulb came on..I remembered.

So, with your patience, I'll list it again with a new closing date:

SELL: Heath HW-30 (W?), the “Twoer”.. with original (Turner) microphone
and original manual. Very clean..this one would be a “9+” except for a
mod that places a FT-243 crystal holder and another holder with same
spacing but wider pins, on the front panel, below the name. Inside is
clean, and soldering is excellent.

I brought it to life on a VARIAC, and the receiver works fine. It uses
an 8.0-8.22 crystal (f/18), and as I have none to try the transmitter,
it didn’t get tested..

An affectionado could move the crystal holder back inside and restore
the panel..and it would then be an honest 9+. Numbers written on manual
are: HW-30W 538R7122C, if this means anything to you.
